MEMBERSHIP SALES INFORMATION

Pilaguamish Community Club is a members only camping club in Verlot, Washington just off the Mountain Loop Highway National Forest Scenic Byway. Pilly's 300 unique Membership lots are located in this peaceful camping community. Private or club-owned lots may become available for sale throughout the year. 

• The purchase of a "membership" grants the exclusive use of a "membership lot" for 182 days of continuous or non-continuous use per year, regardless of the number of memberships owned or used.

• Pilaguamish Community Club retains all rights to ownership of the land/property within its boundaries. Annual membership dues are $840 for each membership owned.

• Electrical service is assessed per site based on the usage for the previous three months and billed quarterly.

• All memberships include water service and grey water. Lots on the 500 and 700 levels are on sewer. 

An appointment for a guided tour with a sales representative is required to view Pilaguamish Community Club and any sites available for sale. Tours are conducted during sales office hours only. 

You may also tour the park with a current member who is willing to escort you at all times.
