When purchasing propane from the Club, drop off your tank, labeled with your lot number, in the propane tank dispensing area near the ranger's house.

- When picking up your propane tank after it has been refilled, check the new mailbox, located under the PROPANE sign, for the envelope with your lot number.
- Inside the envelope will be a yellow and pink receipt. Keep the yellow receipt as a record of your transaction.

- Return the pink receipt in the envelope, with your payment, to the secured drop box located at the office.
- Please make your payment the same day you pick up your refilled tank.
